A refined and simplified version of Peter's  2023 Christmas Challenge entry on "Spanner".

Two pairs of superimposed eccentrics  enable an endless variety of complex and intriguing pattens to be drawn using standard Meccano gears, with a whole new level attainable using vintage gears.

Requires a few non-Meccano parts including a ~300rpm gear motor and an easily fabricated drawing surface.
