Designed, described and illustrated by Rob Morrison, this Meccano Model is designed to give change of three 20p and four 10p coins for one £1 coin.

It consists of three basic modules. First, a gearbox to transmit the drive from the motor to the coin ejectors; second, an electrical arrangement to limit the main shaft to a single rotation, using a Flat Commutator; and third, a device to reject coins other than a pound coin.

Instructions cover the gearbox assembly; electrical connections; coin starting mechanism; and coin container assembly.
