Designed described and illustrated by Tony James, this ModelPlan follows the lines of the author's previous ModelPlan J.C.B. The Skip Lorry is to 1/10^th scale based on a Volvo cab with a Power Duffyn body. The loading, unloading and tipping actions and stabilizers are fully working. A normal clutch and two speed and reverse gearbox are fitted as well as a three speed "accelerator". The model includes a typical Skip.

The front covers have a coloured IsoMec drawing of a three quarter view of the entire locomotive and comprehensive illustrated parts lists are also provided.
