In 1926 Burrells built one of their last Crane Engines to a special order from Screen Bros., Oldbury, near Birmingham. This Engine was based on the Scenic Engines as described in MP100 and its plans have been used as a basis for this model. As well as describing the changes needed to build MP100 as a Crane Engine, the ModelPlan will also detail the modifications required to produce instead a standard Road Locomotive.
